I got this scooter for my son, and it has been great. The three wheels make it very stable, so he feels safe while riding. The speed is not too fast, which is perfect for young kids. This is so bad. I had to get 2 of them as it randomly stops and starts. Both of them did it. My daughter was so disappointed. The latch also doesnt stay around handle bars to keep it in place. Also the smallest incline it slows down to 2 mph. Don't buy!! Read more

Placed original order and item delivered was defective. Ordered replacement and received replacement. In meantime child received another scooter. Tried to return and now they want $66 for return shipping for problem that began with original scooterbeing defective. Not paying 66 to get a 119 refund.
