This is a great unit, and $15 was an exceptional price for it (compared to worse units at $30!). The ability to collapse and expand for storage/use is great and the deeper bowl is very nice to minimize splashing. The fountain unit works quite nicely and rechargeable batteries hold up fine. The fountain also isn't affected by epsom salts negatively and a deep resevoir keeps the water warm longer than the shallow pans. The unite also comes with a lovely soft rag bundled up like a little figure, but I didn't have the heart to take the dolly apart so now I just have a bath angel to go with the unit. Read more

Update 9/6/2024: The supplier read my review and immediately contacted me. They offered a refund for the pump. I wanted the pump assembled, and they immediately sent out a new pump. It is back to normal and I now have what I expected. I have updated my review from a low rating to a 5 star for customer service and satisfaction. Original review I had high hopes for this to help my roids. It worked good for rhe first 50-60 days (20-30 days past warranty period) then the pump quit workimg. Just doesn't do the same job sitting in the bath as having the water gently squirming on you. Would not recommend unless tou.onky want it for 45 days or so. Don’t waste your money. I have a medical condition that requires me to do frequent sitz baths and I had a similar electric sitz bath from several years ago in which the battery pack part broke. Since I got a few years out of the last one, I ordered this one as it looks like the same type. When I received it the spray part didn’t work at all so I requested an exchange. Sure enough I got the new one tonight and again it doesn’t work at all. Since I’ve gone multiple days without a sitz bath, I ended up having to take the spray part from my old one and use the battery pack from the new one to be able to use it. Seeing that I received 2 defective products in a row I definitely do not recommend this at all. Read more
