The size is perfect & that it can be straight or turn another angle, Easy to get to high/hard to reach areas. Has a little rubber cover for the charging area to keep it dry/clean. Power has 3 settings low to high & 3 different colors. Love the handle that's a plus very comfortable to hold when using it. Has a nice little bag to keep attachments together & a little wall hanger to hold the brush & bag of attachments. It has a little front & back sticky to hold it on the wall. It does a great job hasn't fell off yet. My only con: If u push to hard the brush stops & lights go flashing u have to restart it. Completely happy with my purchase & highly recommend this product . I purchased this item May, 2025 right before having back surgery. It is now July, 2025 and just tried using it for the first time but it doesn’t turn on! I made sure it was fully charged before I attempted to use it. All 4 of the lights came on (not blinking), but it is inoperable,. How disappointing that after having it only two months and being my first time trying it out, it is obviously defective. Unfortunately, there is only a 30 day warranty on this product,. Any company that gives a mere 30 day warranty should raise red flags to consumers. I love the concept of this product, and if it worked, it would probably become one of my favorite cleaning tools! I wish the company would extend the warranty and replace my product. In addition, when I tried to scan the QR code to activate my “LIFETIME” warranty, that did not work either! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I like the Sorpci WHEN IT WORKS! The first one we had to return because we couldn't get it to turn on! It was replaced and the next one is IFFY when trying to turn it on, even with a full battery. It works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't due to electrical issues inside the product. Got it turned on today and it worked great, but then it wouldn't turn off. I pressed the switch very lightly and it turned off. It does have 3 speeds and is very handy, again, WHEN IT WORKS. For this reason I wouldn't encourage anyone to buy it. Read more

I’m pretty picky about my cleaning products. I figure if I’m spending the money on a tool for ease of use, I want it to really get the job done. I ended up returning this electric scrubber because of its lack of power. It has 3 speed levels but if I put any pressure on the head to get a deeper clean, it stops spinning and turns off. I ended up getting on my knees and scrubbing by hand and the floor was not spotless in the area I had cleaned with this scrubber. Read more
