My original review was a 3 (now a 4) based on using this in the bathroom which was my original intent. I have now used it on my deck/patio for spring cleaning and it works well with the more open space to clean the furniture and deck rails. I want to give the company a big shout out for having great customer service. Not long after I posted my first review, I received an email from them offering some compensation for their product not meeting my needs. I was so impressed that I pulled it back out and gave it a try outside. I don't think I would have purchased it just for my deck alone but having tried it, it has turned out to be a handy accessory. First review: I purchased this to help me do a better job cleaning the bathroom. I have changed brushes, shortened and lengthened the handle and held in every position possible and have finally given up. It is just too awkward to maneuver around and scrub at the same time. Perhaps in a larger space it would be better. I am going to try using it on the underside of our deck roof but am not yet sure if it will be long enough for that. Update….. a couple of days after my review……someone else from the company handled my problem properly. Without a lot of detail I will say that I don’t know exactly what happened but I received an apology and the problem was resolved….satisfactorily. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I do believe in honest reviews…. Looked like it would be good. For a 3000mAh battery doesn’t last very long and it bogs down with some pressure. I contacted seller who slightly compromised at the beginning. The very next day I wanted to make sure it was tolerable with its defective bad points. It completely stopped working. I couldn’t believe it deteriorated that fast. It wouldn’t come on or anything. I contacted the seller whose attitude was very different. The seller’s attitude changed immediately I was really surprised by the unprofessional reply. To sum up quickly “ that’s my problem now “. I should’ve acknowledged the “frequently returned “ WARNING Amazon had below item but I wanted to see for myself. I did! Don’t make the mistake I did! I’m more aggravated with the seller and refusing to respond than the defective device. It’s all about the MONEY to most. For what? Some time later the seller FINALLY responded with a resolution.
