What I like about this unit is the easiness of use. I am a lazy toothbrusher and would never use a flosser and a toothbrush. However with this product I can do both at the same time. People describe getting wet from the flosser however I can tell you an easy way to avoid this. I lean over the sink with my mouth closed then I open my lips a little bit to gradually release the water. First I fill the container with warm water. Then I place toothpaste on the brush. When you push the top button it gives you several speeds of the brush. So I brush my teeth as usual then I turn the second button on and the flosser starts. I use that to remove the fragments from the middle of my teeth and to remove the toothpaste. The container does not hold very much water. However if it held more water than it would be a larger and a clumsier item to use. It's what I do is after I get rid of the toothpaste, I feel the container half with water and half with mouthwash and I just floss this fluid through my teeth again. It's amazing how much residue is removed from my teeth even with just one flossing. I really do enjoy brushing my teeth now. I don't have to use hand flosses to get between my teeth anymore.. I highly recommend this product to anybody who wants to do two things at one time. When I put the faucet on intermittent the water lasts longer and it seems to have a stronger squirt. EDIT: I still love this toothbrush but no replacement heads are available. The only one on their page does not fit this toothbrush. I searched google and nothing. I reached out to the seller, heard nothing back. That's a huge issue! I recently got braces and needed a water pick to bring with me on vacation. My other water pick was too big and I didn't want it spend a ton of money. When I saw this, I had to try it. It’s been two months now and it's works like a charm.
