Edited June 07, 2016 The product was returned, I was reimbursed, and I received the replacement. I like these sheets and I also purchase the duvet covers. It is true, however, the product is not1500 count 100% Egyptian. I read many complaints and wondered how the company can get away wsith false advertising. They are not falsely advertising and the action is just a tactic that relies on the customer not paying attention. On one side of the package it states, and I quote: "Experience the Comfort and Soft Touch as a "(which is written in fine print), then in bold "1500 Threat Count 100% Egyptian Cotton." Photo is attached for you to see. So, now you have it and there should be no other mistakes in purchasing this product. The sheets are beautiful and soft. I purchased almost every color of the color spectrum or rainbow. I just received this item today, and like all of the other sheet sets that I have purchased from this seller, it received it's first wash immediately after receipt of the item. The sheets were washed in a front load washer (no wringing), on the delicate cycle with a cold water wash, and cold water clean rinse with medium spin. The dryer was placed on delicate and air dry (in the South that is perfect). As you see in the photos, immediately after removing the sheets from the dryer, and after folding the flat sheet, I began to fold the fitted sheet. As I began to line up the edges to fold over, I saw that the stitching was coming undone in the corner closest to me. I was surprised, shocked, perturbed, as well as dismayed. I wanted to create a return, but Amazon wants the product back after I have already washed it. How can the manufacturer rectify this situation? Just send a replacement. Refunds do not need to be produced. I just want the sheets I chose and paid to have shipped and received in one day. I have purchased almost every color of the color spectrum of these sheets, and I love them. It took me time to choose pink, but I thought I would give it a try. I have not tried it yet because it is defective. I am glad I saw this as I began folding immediately after the removal from the dryer, and not during the making of my bed. I purchased these sheets on a whim honesty just hoping that they fit my bed but were also actually soft. I have an extra wide mattress so most "standard" sheets don't have deep enough pockets to fit and stay on my bed. Thankfully these do. It's tight but they fit. The material is quite soft to touch and doesn't feel too thick. I like the deep, dark grey color and it was exactly what I was expecting. I've only washed them once but they washed well and didn't wrinkle. My only complaint (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that they are kind of hot. The material doesn't feel thick but it seems a lot warmer when I'm in bed. Maybe the material just isn't breathable but they just seem hotter than my other sheets. I will probably avoid them during the summer but for the winter it seems to be fine. Read more

We're Europeans so duvets are our norm, but we needed to buy a new duvet and covers. Got the duvet at a well known store (BBB!) and a cover, but their cover washed terribly. Now they have an amazing return policy, so they happily took back the below-par product. I found these on Amazon and went against my rule of seeing and feeling them first. Well, when they arrived I was very happy with the feel. Even happier with the amazing zip that is so fine you can hardly see it. No more fiddly buttons. No more corners of the duvet sticking out of the cover. No more impossible poppers. We're onto a winner! Then, a week later it was the wash test. Yes, I know, I should have washed them straight out of the packet, but when they look so fresh, why not?! So in they went, on a warm wash and then a tumble dry. Oh boy - they really lived up to their 'easy care' promise. No need to iron, and on the bed they went (I say they as the duvet cover came with two pillowcases). I'm over the moon with this product. I'd happily pay double for these ($56) they are so good. If you're looking at this bedding set you won't be disappointed! Read more

The sheets are very soft, but they seem very thin - like they may become threadbare within a short time or rip easily. They are also rather warm and seem to emanate heat or at least retain and multiply your body heat. So that might be great in the winter months, but absolutely torture during the summer. I bought queen sized sheets, but the fitted sheet is very loose - like it is in between a queen and king. I kind of don't like laying on crumpled scrunched up bottom sheets - I like them taught and flat. All in all, I guess they are okay. Just a little disappointed considering the price I paid. My previous sheets were the cheapest from Walmart, and they lasted 6 years, had less thread count (I think they were 750???) and seemed thicker and more durable than these, kept cool and didn't retain body heat (though they weren't marketed as such), and stayed taught and flat on the mattress.
