Received on February 11, 2026 I bought this to replacce my ankermake on single color, which worked perfectly fro about 2 years, I decided to buy this multicolor option based on the positive reviews in Amazon. Assembly was simple it took around half an hour, firmware and software was updated after machine was one for the first time , everything looked fine. First printing in one color, was ok, fast and good quality,. First multicolor printing , did not finished, started but doesn't not continue, 5 attempts so far, and continuously showing error code 1220. there is no troubleshooting guide in the manual provided, neither in their website so no clue what to do. Attempted solutions so far: 1.- Turn the printer off and off = Did not work. 2.- Unload and load all the 4 filaments, = did not work. 3.- Replace one of the filaments = Did not work. 4.- Clean Nozzle, = Did not work Contacting Customer service for help but returning the machine, should be simpler to use. Has Z zeroing issues Lots of stringy filament couldn't figure out why only a few of my prints came out 100% ok. Several small prints wouldn't stick or print without spaghetti. Oh and you can load the matrix for monitoring you prints from you phone. That isn't support on the Carbon 2. Spent two weeks trying and fussing with unit. A friend recommended the unit because of reviews on 1st Carbon. Hotend finally clogged and broke during another fail print. Can't get machine to work past 2nd layer, Z keeps changing Read more
A practically turnkey, all in one system that has multi-color/multi-material. Ran it with ABS+ and PETG. Handled both like a champ. All for less than $500. This has become my go-to recommendation for people getting into 3d printing. When I immediately printed a benchy in ABS that came out better than a P1S with PLA...easy pick. Read more

If you buy this printer I hope you have patience! I bought the Centauri Carbon 2, 12 days ago and I've had maybe 3 builds come out great, but the printer won't feed the filament anymore. I keep getting an error saying the nozzle is clogged but it isn't. Ive completely replaced the nozzle with a brand new one I bought, and the second, material gets near the nozzle it says it's clogged and stops the build. Filament wont feed through at all. I jave no idea why. I've disassembled all the covers to clean or blow away dust amd nothing has helped at all. I will be contacting Elegoo. It's pathetic that I had 3 build come out and the machine quits working and throws error codes. I have another Elegoo printer that is single filament and it's amazing. I've done more prints than I can count. It was less than half the price brand new, too. My son and I were hoping to have fun with a multi filament Elegoo printer, but this has been more of a problem and a headache for the both of us. I am truly disappointed in how bad this machine is. If you do not have the mindset or know how to remove parts and pieces and put it all back together just like it was, then I strongly suggest buying a different printer. I've disassembled this printer dozens of times trying to figure out whats wrong and I can't seem to find the issue. It's going to be returned! Good luck to you if you by one. I really hope it works for you!!! Read more
