Purchased 6 months ago. Had to be replaced 3 months after original purchase date due to a small brass part breaking. After another 3 months it need to be replaced again because the same part has broken again. I would not purchase this product again. Read more

A Bit Fragile?

We bought this 3 years ago but only got around to having it installed about 1 year ago. A special metal lever pin (didn't even know it had one!) just snapped off and I'm pretty sure we're going to have to replace the whole faucet. (The pin went from the lever down into the faucet to somehow open & close the water flow.) I might have expected the plastic lever itself to break, but it seems fine. We had a similar looking faucet for years with our old water filter system, never had a moment of trouble with that faucet. We only use this once a day on average -- pretty annoying. Read more
