The price is a giveaway for such a highly rated screen holder. My desk was not up against a wall and I knew I would have to attach a 2 x4, in two places, to the back of my desk. I knew I would have to use a 2x4 and add a couple of 2x 4 pieces where I bolted it to the desk. But guess what, this only added a few dollars, and I got a screen holder that is much more solid than other normal versions (of a second level, high second or third monitor.). So I am very happy.
