She is 48 pounds. She was so excited to try it out and says it's comfortable. I put it on the second resistance for her and she said it's not too easy and not too hard to punch. The straps are easy enough to adjust and once it's adjusted, you won't need to readjust for a while, unless more or less resistance is desired. The gloves are well padded and also have adjustable wrists. The gloves can be used with the resistance bands or can just be worn solo on their own.
