The best hair dryer I've ever used by far, and amazing customer service! Loved it so much I purchased another as a gift! Truthfully, I hate drying my hair, I only would do it a couple times a year. I have thick hair, so I'd much rather air dry, because it takes so much time. My sister mentioned she loves her hair dryer, so I did some research. I won't mention the name, but after realizing they were $400+ and often just quit working, I decided to look at more reliable alternatives. I wound up finding this dryer, and after reading reviews, thought it was a solid choice. Boy was I right. Ella Bella, where have you been all my life? I no longer hate drying my hair, it's light, powerful yet quiet, has various heat settings and attachments - it's perfect! I've been complimented multiple times and had people ask if I just got my hair cut, because it's so smooth and shiny.... Nope! Just dried it, nothing fancy! If you're looking to upgrade your old hair dryer at an extremely reasonable price for a high quality product, this hair dryer is amazing! I mentioned customer service - they have a great warranty, and when I registered I ask a question about the power button. They responded in minutes!!! You have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on and off. I found out that's by design so it doesn't accidentally shut off when using. I highly recommend this dryer and this company! I highly recommend this hair dryer. It is lightweight, quiet, and dries my hair quickly and efficiently. I love that I am able to choose the temperature. My hair falls just below my shoulders, and unlike other dryers I have used, this one does not create frizz during blow drying. I only wish I had purchased it sooner. Read more

This Ella Bella dryer does exactly as described. I researched several dryers and after reading the reviews and the features of this one, I ordered it. So happy I did! It is very lightweight, has 3 heat setting controls, 3 rapid drying speeds and low noise technology! Yes, it’s quiet. My hair is thick and unruly and this dryer leaves it softer and more manageable in less time. It comes with a diffuser for curly hair styles, and 2 concentrator attachments for smoother looks that attach with a strong magnet so it’s not falling off while using. Excellent purchase. Got this as a Christmas gift for my wife, and she's fallen in love with it. It has a premium feel to it, and manages to be simple to use while also offering some solid quality of life improvements to give it more longevity as a product. The unique heads-up display lets you know what temperature you're using, and also serves as a guide for the self-cleaning process. Aesthetically, it's just a really nice design. It features a cool magnet system for the attachments to snap on (with super satisfying "click"), and has some great accompanying tech (QR codes to quick link to self-cleaning and other tutorial videos) to walk you through all the features. To top it off, the air flow sound is a lot less intense compared to other conventional hair dryers. Also, customer care is extremely communicative and pleasant to interact with. It's rare to purchase a product whose manufacturers actually follow-up and check in to see how the first weeks of use have been! This is the best hairdryer that I’ve ever owned or used. I have thick shoulder-length hair. This dryer has cut down the time to dry my hair by about half. It also dries my hair smoothly. I have been using this hair dryer for many months now and love it! The design is so modern with a digital display and attachments that are actually strongly magnetic. It is really light-weight with three fan speeds and temperature settings. Everything on it feels like great quality and well-built. It takes a shorter time to dry my hair and it works amazingly well (and I have a lot of hair!). I've never had a dryer that tells you when to clean it and does it on its own! I love this hair dryer! I bought it when my ridiculously expensive Dyson quit on me (after just 3 years). It is light, sleek, beautiful, and definitely powerful! I bought the champagne color, and it looks very luxe, like hairdryer jewelry. I love the three heat options (actual temps, not just Hi, Med, Low) and fan speeds. I have very curly hair, so I use the diffuser, and it dries my hair in half the time it took my other dryer. While traveling recently, some of the prongs on the diffuser attachment broke off in my suitcase, so I contacted customer service to order a replacement. Unfortunately, they don’t sell attachments separately, so she sent me a spare she found and didn’t charge me! I was blown away. You don’t see that kind of awesome customer service anymore.
