For reference, I am 5ft tall and wear juniors sizing most of the time. I am not fond of pants, and was searching for pants that looked more like a skirt. These are perfect, and for my height are full-length pants. They reach slightly past my ankle, which I like since I wear combat boots that give me a boost in height. The material is flowy and lays properly. It is a textured polyester material...think satin without the sheen. No flaws with piece received. The waist is snug but not tight on the L/XL size. I normally wear S/M but chose the larger size based on reviews and size chart. L/XL fits a 30 inch waist fine, but does not seem to have a ton of stretch. Versatile piece. These are so cute so I ended up keeping them even though they suck to get on since the waist is smaller than the size large as they are labeled. They are more like a small/medium. I normally wear a medium and these are tight to pull over my hips and thighs but are fine once I get past that as I have a smaller waist. So, if you are not too curvy these are maybe okay, if you have junk in the trunk you might want to think twice. Read more

I was really looking forward to getting these. They’re tight enough to be uncomfortable. So like most Asian designed clothes this runs small. The fabric is ok but could be a little bit heavier. I didn’t return them, I’d ordered a top to go with these pants which was equally to tight to be comfortable. Maybe if lost 20lbs they’ll fit. Let’s be honest. I’m never going to do that. Read more

Haven't worn these long but tried them on and really like the fit. Thinking of getting a second pair in another color. Lightweight, flowy and made well, especially at this price. I'm 5'1" wi/short legs and these fit like ankle pants ( in the picture, i wore them low waist) So if you are average or tall, these will be short. Also, the waist is a thicker elastic band, and does stretch but is fairly tight. Waist measures about 11 inches across unstretch and the length is about 32 inches. 😍 Culottes are definitively the best kinds of pants for most aspects of daily life, but it can be tricky finding them well made...with pockets...with the right kind of material. So far, these seem to tick all the boxes. Very impressed. Update: It’s been 3 years and they’re still going strong. The pockets are my only complaint. They are arguably only slightly better than no pockets, and perhaps not that because they lure you into the self deception that you can put things in them and then those things invariably fall out, either breaking or getting lost or playing a 10 second looping reel of the Stars and Stripes as they connect with the library floor.
