This is a beautiful, navy, herringbone jacket and just different enough from a classic blazer to make it elegant, but not too dressy. It is designed to be open and probably won't meet in the front. I Goldilocksed this jacket. I normally wear a large, but this large was much too small, especially in the arms. So I next tried the XXL. Too large, especially in the arms, but it did meet in the front so if you want more of an outerwear piece, go up two sizes. Of course the XL was just right and I can't wait for fall to wear it. I’m usually a medium at 5’9” & 160 lbs. The medium in this was too tight across the shoulders. I’ll try a large because I love the look and craftsmanship. Also ordered the pink. I’d like to give it a higher rating but I cannot. Though it looks good, the material is super thin. It wants to be wrinkle resistant but it seems to be in between somehow. Good color and washed well. Overall, pretty good. I think they should lower the price by $10. That’s about the “area” it should be in. Either way, not bad. Read more
I love the fit of this blazer, it’s very flattering and color is beige with a blush tone to it. It’s wrinkle resistant and the fabric is soft, absolute perfection but the lining is so loud. That’s why I knocked a star off. It’s literally a perfect blazer until you crinkle with every move. It’s so loud! I did buy in the black version and didn’t have that issue at all but I couldn’t return this one because I wore it for an interview but I wish I had exchanged it at least to see if I could get one without the cheap lining. Fantastic blazer for the price. Real pockets. Very stylish to wear casually with a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. Fit was a little off for me in the shoulders, I’m pretty broad and there was room left over, a little more narrow at the waist. Comfortable to run around town in. The color and pattern were true.
