I liked that these pants were very comfortable, but after receiving them and the first time I wore them they pulled a loose from the seam. I DID NOT catch them on anything to tear them like that they just pulled a loose. I am very disappointed in the quality. I have two more pair a black & navy pair, now I am afraid to wear them because I'm afraid that they are going to do the same thing and now the company is saying they cannot replace or give a refund. Ellos is affiliated with Roamans, Woman Within, and Catherines. They mistreat their customers because they can. They are always rude when returning an item. In fact, they make it so hard to complete a return and receive a refund you must make multiple requests and then they tell you "how you should have returned the item" well on Amazon they tell you to print the return label(s) and send the package back. So I did. I place one label on the parcel and inserted both labels into the package, then took photos because they are shady, and sent the package. They refunded one item. I had to send multiple requests to receive the refund on the second item that won't be refunded right away because they are again so rude. They must spend more on customer service because of this unprofessionalism. I wish Amazon would make them use their fulfillment center- but I can understand why they don't. Because they can't refuse returns and keep the refunds. Pass on this item. The brand Weintee has Women's Linen Blend Pants that are similar, in fact, nicer in black and other colors. Read more
These pants had an awful odor! I feel sorry for the garment workers who had to inhale that smell all day long. Also the pants shrank about 2" in length after I washed them. I do not recommend buying these. Read more

Sewing is poor with a lot of loose threads. Sizing is inconsistent across the different colors. Drawstring starts to fray immediately. Quality has gone way down since they first started selling these. Price is way too high for what you get. Company has poor customer service. Read more

I like the pants. The fit as expected. Waist and hips are comfortable and length is good for my 5'5" frame. The pants do wrinkle after drying, so make sure you hang up right after they are dry. I am not able to iron, but the pants are presentable to wear as song as you don't leave them laying around. They are well made. I recommend. Read more
