As other reviewers have mentioned, these glasses came in very sturdy Styrofoam packaging inside their box. A nice thank you note was included in the box. The color is beautiful with no flaws in the glass that I can see. Like several have mentioned, the glass seems thin and the weight of the glasses are very light. They withstand the dishwasher well, yet I still handle them as if they are fragile, probably due to the light weight and thin makeup of the glass. I do recognize that borosilicate glass is a different and more durable product, but i think my brain tells me differently when my eye sees the glass! I have not tried hot liquid because I used handled cups for hot liquid. One thing to note is that I have smaller hands and since the glass is smooth and tapered up, I automatically end up putting my baby finger under the bottom to keep the glass from slipping from my fingers. Because of that tapering, it's not an intuitive glass for me to hold, like just picking up a standard drinking glass. Think a tapered vase design. For me, it feels like it will slip out of my hands. All of this being said, I still like them and the color is beautiful. I can't speak to the pricing as I don't own any other borosilicate products. Read more

I'm a newer fan or borosilicate glass. I was a bit excited when I saw these as they were a. green (My favorite color) and b. in a "different" shape and size. I really appreciate the overall design of the glasses. At a price point of $30, I can't really say whether I feel it's worth the value. It might be, I don't know enough about borosilicate, but I do feel that they may be a tad overpriced. I could totally be wrong though. They are gorgeous, but they are very light and feel very fragile. So far there has been no issues, and I hope it will stay that way, because I really do like them! Read more

I enjoy this brand a lot. I’ve only tried one other product from them, and—much like this drinkware—it didn’t disappoint. There were a few labels that I noticed right away. These cups are BPA free, lead free, and dishwasher safe. I always hand wash my dishes, but it’s nice to have other options. Now there are four glasses included, each with a capacity of 16.23 oz. Considering that I’m used to mainly mugs in my house, it was smaller than I was used to, but it was a more appropriate size. The glass isn’t thick or thin; it’s a perfect balance that is accompanied by a lighter weight. The glasses themselves seem sturdy. I’m not worried that the glass will have a small tumble and shatter everywhere. Due to the fact that it’s borosilicate glass, it can stand a greater variety of temperatures. Whether the drink is hot or cold, the glass shouldn’t crack or break. This is a set of attractive and sturdy glass tumblers, that can withstand more than usual glass cups can. Treated with care, there should be no reason that they wouldn’t stand the test of time—or at least a very long while. These glasses are beautiful in the sun. They glisten no matter what you put into them. These are beautiful on any table or counter. I love mine full of lemonade or tea. They fit perfectly in my hand. I would use these for lattes, but they aren't rated for hot beverages. These are great for making layered yogurt and overnight oats. You can use these for anything but hot items. Yes, they are just emerald glasses, but they are beautifully made of good glass that will last as long as you don't drop them. They set off my table as well as my side table. No matter where you use these emerald glasses, they will shine and bend light to set off whatever you choose to serve in them. Read more
