Having used a variety of teeth whitening products with varying success previously, I was curious how this style may fare. It was a bit overwhelming with all the parts and instructions. I appreciated the ability to create your own custom tray, strips can be a challenge to evenly apply sometimes and it felt very personalized. Speaking of personalized, they have a unique option where you can contact them and they can assist in crafting a personalized plan for you. Not quite sure how this would vary from the general instructions (which offer a very clear 9 day program) but it's a nice touch. The instructional video is not much different than what is offered in the manual. What was disappointing was the length of time required. You will need to really plan out your times completing this as you will be having the tray and chemicals in your mouth for up to 2 hours most days. Today there are tons of products out there which offer more convenience and a simple activation period often as little as 30 minutes. If you are someone who had difficulty with other products this may be worth trying but if you have not tried other simpler types you may be better off considering something with less steps to start you out. Horrible! Kit takes 2-4 hours per day to whiten teeth, WTF! And the shipping back takes 2 weeks and they won’t issue refund until it’s received unlike many other sellers on here!
