These are fun and taste okay...If you are looking for an adult type of "pop rock" candy, this is reminiscent of that, but not quite. :) It is for health after all! They are still fun and easy to take. They are tangy and slightly sweet tasting...maybe a bit too sweet if you are not used to having sugar. I personally (am an adult) only take one packet or I find that the amount of B vitamins is a bit too much for me personally. gave these to my elderly mother and myself during the holiday when we had a household full of sickies. I do believe this helped to boost our immune systems. I will probably buy these in addition to the regular EMC drinks.
