We always have several life saving blankets in every car in case of. I also use them to insulate the feral cats houses in winter. They are big, super light (2 ounces), and easy to carry as they could easily fit in your handbag just to say. Compact, but efficient as they keep you warm and they are also waterproof for the cats houses. Quality is good for such a price. It is a big square folded. Made of mylar, this body heat-reflective (to prevent hypothermia in cold conditions) thin sheet of plastic stinks, but definitively keep you warm. Mylar is polyethylene terephthalate so you know.
