Great product! This was my first time purchasing an electronic device - I did my due diligence for a week and also the 6 - five star reviews paid a considerable amount of positivity to buy this tv. I am a baby boomer alone with no one to help with anything but I am a very resourceful person - and comcast is no help at all to even ask a question so I was hesitant about setting it up etc., that all being said this tv was so easy to set up - I did call the help line who were also fantastic a real human being answered the phone on the 2nd ring - impressive - he walked me thru the remote set up. So I love my new TV - picture crystal clear - sound you can adjust to your licking which I did - I would highly recommend this tv. I would also like to say I absolutely did not want a smart tv - too many bells and whistles- not needed - Go buy this tv - it is a great product. Read more
