I’ve been using this microwave for a few days now, and I’m extremely impressed. It heats food evenly and quickly, and the defrost function works surprisingly well. The controls are intuitive, and I love the sleek design—it looks great in my kitchen. It’s also much quieter than my old one, which is a big plus. As a single person, this is an ideal size microwave. It heats quickly and as effectively as a larger more powerful microwave. Simple function buttons make it super easy to operate. Nice defrost abilities. It is small but perfectly designed to hold a full size dinner plate and tall cups or containers. The door has a child lock that requires an additional step to open (which I'm not crazy about) but not a big hinderence. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Looks great, but if you cook a potato it turns off and the microwave get hot. I think the steam from the potato. I bought it to do potatoes. So I wasted my money. I have to use the oven so I'm still in the same place I was before. Read more

Bought this a little over a year ago and it has now burnt a hole in the bottom part of the door on the inside part that closes against the microwave when you shut it. How that happened I don’t know. Also melted the sticker on the top part of the microwave (the sticker that says do not remove). Plus the plate never seems to sit right on the little spin thing and kind of just clunks around. Also sounds loud sometimes when it’s running. Would never buy this again. Thought it was different because it had the turn dial instead of numbers but that didn’t always work out and I just end up hitting the 30 sec but numerous times smh.
