Had my pillow close to a weeek now ordered the king size , love it the first night it didn’t get completely expanded but I didn’t change positions once during the night and went into a very deep sleep which I haven’t had for a long time, it’s nice and firm but comfortable and supportive. My dr has told me with mattresses and pillows you need them as firm as you can tolerate because firmer is better for you than too soft .I loved it so much I ordered another to give to my mom on her 73 rd birthday in January, she has neck and back problems and I think she will enjoy it too .
