I was really excited to add some leopard print to my wardrobe, and these wide-leg jeans definitely delivered on the style front. The pattern is vibrant without looking "cheap," and the mid-rise fit is very comfortable, they sit right where it should without feeling restrictive. They did stretch out a little with wear and drop some on the waist, but I think that made them look better. However, if you are on the taller side, take note of the inseam. I’m 5’8", and these hit a bit shorter than I expected for a wide-leg style until they started to stretch out and drop a lot lower on my waist. The Breakdown: The Fit: The mid-rise waist is true to size and the denim has a decent weight to it. The denim has a good stretch, but not enough to size down. Definitely stay true to size. Styling: Because of the shorter length, they look fine with tennis shoes or low-profile sneakers for a casual, sporty look. The Challenge: Since they don't quite reach the floor on me, they are hard to style with boots or heels. They end up looking a bit short in a way that doesn't always flow with a dressier outfit. Overall, they are great quality and the print is 10/10. If you’re a few inches shorter than me, these will probably be the perfect full-length jean. Honestly, they were really cute but they were high waters. They awkwardly sat right above my ankle and they were honestly a bit big. I’m only 54 and I just wish it was like 2 inches longer. It looks cute with certain shoes, but with others I felt like it was crazy because of where it sat near my ankle. I am 54 and 168 pounds and I got a size medium but I definitely think you can size down because they definitely stretched within the first 10 minutes of me wearing them. Honestly, overall, the jean wasn’t that bad. I just hate the length. If the jeans weren’t sitting at my ankle, I would’ve kept them and made it work. I feel like most people probably would have liked this pant. I just don’t like that. It was literally showing my ankles.
