Keeps your neck very warm. I misplaced the instruction booklet but was able to figure out how to work it before the booklet turned up. After charging the power pack, make sure it's "on" and insert it into the nicely hidden "pocket" on the side (you'll see just the tip of the zipper), connect it to the wire inside, zip that up and hold down the outer power button for 3 seconds. Once the light come on, it's on the high setting. Immediately press it again to get a lower setting then immediately once more to get the lowest setting. That part threw me off at first. I like this, but as others have stated, the heating portion is not centered. That makes it great for wearing outside (when you wrap it around) but when using indoors just to warm your neck, one side will be a lot longer than the other. Read more

Well, the scarf is very long and wide. The first one I ordered was defective and did not work at all. It’s pain to return because of the battery. You can’t just use the QR code. You must label it unless you’re taking it to Staples or Whole Foods, which is not convenient for me. The second one I got works, but it is not nearly as warm as the last one I bought, which was much more expensive. This you definitely have to wear on high while the other one I got high was too hot and I most often turned it off completely. This one I left on high the whole time I walked my dog this morning.
