Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product has good studies behind it. The person responsible for the formula has had good success with helping make artery cleaning supplements, which he now competes with in this supplement. I had a coronary calcium score I wanted to lower, so I took this to see what could be done. I believe this helped make my plaque go away in the follow up scan. The endothelial layer to our vasculature is delicate and it needs to be nourished. Soft plaques are formed, in my understanding, when this layer is injured for too long, with hard plaques showing up over time to stabilize them. What is encouraging is that this can be at least somewhat reversed, or completely, for me, at least. This seems expensive, but for the benefits, give it a try for a few months. In the two weeks I took them, I noticed an increase in my energy, but I also had been training, adjusting my diet, and basically getting in better shape. I stopped taking the supplement, when I left town. I didn't notice any adverse effects while taking the supplement or changes in pain levels. I also had no adverse effects after I stopped.
