I had a hard time choosing between the size 2 and 3. (42 bust and 37 rib cage) The 3 seemed like the best fit for the rib cage, but I thought I'd need a 2 to really compress everything. I'm glad I went with the 3, because if it were any tighter, and it would probably hurt my rib cage. As it is, it seems just right. When I first put it on, I thought it wouldn't control bounce enough because it felt just a tad roomy in the top part, but it works! There's still some movement, but it doesn't hurt at all, and I don't feel like the breath is being squeezed out of me. In fact, I hardly feel constricted at all, other than in the band around my rib cage, and that part isn't uncomfortable at all. The top and bottom control panels do exactly what the video says--they minimize bounce. I did several jumping jacks without a problem. It's really hard to believe that it can do that without being squished too much. It does make you look a little like you're wearing body armor, and under a shirt it definitely doesn't look like you're wearing a normal bra. But I think it looks fine. It just flattens you, and depending on the fabric you're wearing you can sometimes see the seam between the top part of the bra and the bottom support. Turbo Kick and the elliptical trainer aren't places to have fashion shows, anyway, though, so I'm definitely keeping mine. Shipper, OneSweetOne, was also fast. I ordered on a Wednesday, got it on a Tuesday--one day earlier than indicated. UPDATE Jan 31st 2012. I wore my bra to a hip-hop aerobics class and it worked great! We did a lot of jumping around and bouncing, and I enjoyed it more than I've enjoyed aerobics or dancing in YEARS. I think there's still a shifting movement in the bra, but I honestly don't notice it since it's not impeding my workout. I feel like I have better balance and control as I move. Read more

Ok so I'm 32 and 5 mo post partum. Currently, I have a chest measurement of 34 and a bust of 39 inches. I read review after review on sports bras. My old method was double bagging with classic new balance sports bras. But after this baby, my third, the girls had a completely different rhythm than the rest of my body! They really began to hurt. I take all types of classes: Zumba, HIIT, boot camp, yoga... Here's what I've found after about a month of using this Enell. I got a size 1, FYI 1. I love it and as a larger breasted woman on a normal frame, bras have been the bane of my existence since highschool. 2. The girls bounce... When I run, there is little to no movement. But when I am running with high knees, jumping, up and down for burpees, they get moving. BUT they only go up! Never below the band and they never feel unsupported at all. As in my skin is not stretching in a vain attempt to reign them in, my girls are totally secure. 3. You have to push the girls up and over to get the first few hooks fastnened, then push them in and arrange and finish the hooks. Let me tell you... My baby has had to wait more than once to nurse while I try to get the Enell off!! 4. You can nip out. I just try to make them point the same just in case. But it's never really bad, but don't think there's padded coverage. 5. I think this is high quality and plan to wear it after my boobs *hopefully* shrink after weaning. I'm counting on it to last! 6. You have uniboob and it feels like your cleavage is up to your neck. But SO worth it. I don't even consider my boobs and it's comfortable. If you are working out hard and don't want to think about your boobs, this is the bra for you. If you're trying to get a cute look for watching your kids play sports... Well wear anything! I was leery of using a compression sports bra due to my size, but this bra was recommended by a friend in my gym class. I am so glad I bought it. I am a very large chested woman. I wear a 44H, so it is very difficult to find a good sports bra in my size. They just aren't made. This fit perfectly, and it held the girls down. I didn't have to worry about them bouncing all over the place as I worked out. It is a very tight fit, but that is what allows it to keep bouncing to a minimum. There still is some bounce, but it is not enough to be uncomfortable or painful to me. Aside, from its main purpose of providing support and control, it also was great for moisture wicking. I sweat a lot when I work out. After my workout with this bar this morning, I was still sweaty, but the bra was not. Usually the sports bras I have worn in the past have been positively drenched with sweat. This was a little damp, but nothing unreasonable. As to the size, I went smaller than the website said I should. It is possible that I measured incorrectly, but the first one I bought (a size 8) was huge on me in the bust area. It fit fine in the band, but it was useless for support. After returning that one, I bought this one. I thought of buying a 7, but I ended up going with a 6. Boy am I ever glad that I went smaller. This is very tight in the band, and I was slightly concerned that it would not fit. One good tug brought the bottom together and it was pretty easy to hook it up the front from there. The manufacturer obviously knew what they were doing when they used front hooks because there is no way this would ever come together if I had to hook it in the back. All in all, I am very happy, and plan to buy at least one more so that I can rotate between the two. Read more
