This smart bracelet delivers impressive functionality for anyone serious about tracking their health metrics. The 24-hour sleep monitoring and continuous heart rate tracking provide valuable insights into my daily patterns, while the blood pressure and HRV stress monitoring add layers of data I didn't have with my previous tracker. The app syncs smoothly and presents the data in an easy to understand format. The sleek design is comfortable for all-day wear and I typically only need to charge it for 10 minutes a day while I shower for it to keep full battery. Overall, it's a solid choice for fitness enthusiasts who want comprehensive tracking without breaking the bank. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried plenty of fitness trackers, but this one genuinely stands out. With 170+ workout modes, it supports everything from casual walks to intense training sessions. GPS routes sync automatically to the app, which makes tracking progress super easy. Whether you’re a beginner or chasing marathon goals, it really does feel like a reliable fitness partner that keeps you motivated and accountable. The **comfort** is another highlight. At only **25g**, it’s so lightweight I forget I’m wearing it. The dual strap system—nylon for sweat and silicone for sensitivity—stays secure without irritating my skin. Since it’s shower-safe, I wear it 24/7 without any issues. Battery life is incredible. I’m getting close to a month on a single charge which blows other trackers out of the water. Plus, the 1ATM waterproofing handles everyday splashes just fine. Health tracking feels thorough with constant monitoring of heart rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, stress, and even menstrual cycle predictions. It’s not a medical device, but it provides helpful insights and gentle reminders to check in with myself. The smart assistant features work smoothly—vibration alerts for calls and messages, camera remote, and silent alarms are super convenient, especially during work or workouts. Durability-wise, the military-grade metal build feels solid and premium. It doesn’t scratch easily, and the minimalist design looks great with interchangeable bands. The lifetime support and 3-year warranty are huge bonuses—no subscriptions and great peace of mind. Setup was simple, too. Just remember to follow the Bluetooth wake-up steps (press to power on, then press again to activate Bluetooth). Overall, this is one of the best-value fitness trackers I’ve used—comfortable, feature-rich, durable, and perfect for anyone serious about improving their health. Read more

This fitness tracker advertises constant monitoring, but this is NOT the case. You'll either get on demand (takes 30s to read) or every hour/5mins. The app is poorly made, you cannot view weekly and monthly views of data without making an account. You cannot take a blood pressure reading on demand. The app doesn't recognize multiple bouts of sleep/naps. The minimum time between heart rate readings is 5 minutes. Hardware looks and feels good but functionality is so poor. The stress value seems like a gimmick. No info on what it's based on. Read more
