Engwe Ease 2 Pro Mobility Scooter is great for getting around. I really like the sturdy construction. The welds on the frame are all clean with no rough spots, the paint is smooth with no missed spots. The mechanical parts; the motor gear box, the axles and the front wheels steering assembly are all very good and the alignment adjustment screws on the front wheels has the quality check marks where it was inspected. The wheels and tires are of good quality. The seat is comfortable and includes arm rests. The electronics and lights are all easy to operate. The forward and reverse handles operate smoothly and using the speed adjustment dial it's easy to control. They are mounted on the steering tiller which can be tilted as needed for the rider. The lights are super bright and there is a red light on the rear. The battery is easy to remove and is so light it's great to take and charge anywhere with the included corded charging unit. I like that I can get a second battery and have it charged, ready to use and it can be stored on the scooter to change out if needed during an outing. The manual is easy to understand. The scooter is delivered in a very well padded box. There is some assembly required but there are several videos about the scooter that fully describe the unboxing and assembly which is also very easy. It took me about 90 minutes to unbox and read the instructions and fully assemble the scooter. I found all the parts and there is a pouch containing the tools needed to assemble the scooter. Everything needed is well packed and included. Finally, riding the scooter is actually fun as well as helpful to get around. I like it so much that after I got this one and used it, I ordered the second one for my wife who also needs one. We already have 2 other mobility scooters but they are about 3 times as heavy as this scooter and we need a hitch mounted crane to put them into our van. The Engwe scooter is light enough for me to just lift the front wheels up onto the deck of the van and then lift the rear wheels and roll it in. These new scooters will be replacing the heavier units. I would recommend this scooter. Read more

The box arrived on time and was undamaged. It was easy to put together. I used the video on-line to assist me. The batteries charged up just fine. I drove it about 4 times up and down the block and it works great. With 4 wheels it is a very stable ride. I put it in the back of my van by setting the front wheels on the bumper and then picking up the back wheels to roll it in. Then, once it was in the van I locked the tires so it won't roll back and forth while I am driving. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to load it or take it out of my minivan by myself but it worked out just fine. Love the modern Lithium batteries - light-weight and small. I bought this scooter to keep my husband and I going and doing things. I don't want us to miss out on events that require lots of standing or walking. I can see it as being a nice thing to have at the airport- so glad it is airline approved. I think this will keep us from feeling sore or worn out on trips. Read more

Easy install, easy operation, lightweight and the batteries are lightweight. I can get outside more this way as walking is difficult. I highly recommend this scooter. I love it. Enabled me to go to the park with my granddaughter this summer which is a flew block up from the house. Had one down hill/incline to get there and back it was not over the max requirement. It’s comfortable and safe. Sturdy, well built and the batteries are efficient I choose to recharged after every trip. We installed a portable ramp so I can go in and out the back door as front has very high steps and more than one. Read more

We bought this scooter for my Mom (Alzheimer’s / 81). It is perfect! Easy for one person to lift when folded. We have taken it on road trips covering 9 states. She was able to zip around with us on pavement, gravel or grass. We have one battery and even after a full day of use had PLENTY charge remaining. It is very stable. Easy to operate. Note: My MIL (300 lbs) has also used it with comfort. Great product. It has given Mom and our family freedom for adventures! Read more

I needed something foldable that didn't take up a bunch of space. This one was light enough for me to be able to lift by myself. It folds up into almost nothing. Great battery lift and it'll scoot faster than I can walk and was constantly asking my wife to slow down. Read more

THIS SCOOTER IS FABULOUS!! We bought this scooter to use on a cruise after my wife had an unexpected foot injury and was non weight bearing for 2 months. This scooter was a life saver and let us enjoy our trip. It is airline compliant, so you can drive it right to the plane, the batteries come out and it folds up in seconds, and goes under the plane and is waiting for you when you get back off. We traveled miles everyday, sightseeing and with the dual batteries, we always knew we had a backup and could always make it where we were going. Plus the cost of renting one from the cruise line for one trip, is almost as expensive as buying one and having it whenever you need it. A no brainer! Buy this if you need a scooter!! Read more
