Did not fit my king size pillow, but I still keep it on. I don't know about the pain relief. Some days are good, other's...meh. I tend to roll around a lot so I inadvertently unplug it from time to time. Also, it wrinkles quite a bit in the washer. Read more
I don't think a quality review can I come after couple of days from opening. I believe this product takes time to see differences but for right now I'm excited over the sleep I'm going to get. The package was nice and the pillowcase was much nicer. Read more
Worthless!! All they do is plug in so you have to wrestle a cord all night on top ov sweating and everything else. The fabric is also very scratchy and uncomfortable. We got the sheet and pillow cases and gave them a fair try only to be very dissatisfied with another dumb product making big promises. Read more

This comes with a pack of two pillow cases. I have a reliable conductivity tester and found out that one pillow case was not grounded right out of the package, I was able to deduce by switching cords that the cords were not the problem..it is the fabric itself that is not transmitting the grounding. Test the product, you may get a doozy. Unfortunately packaged was opened after the return window so I’m stuck with a very expensive pillow case that doesn’t work. Read more
