I've used this mouse pad for years. It's soft, comfy, and has a permanent spot on my desk. The arm of my chair is perfectly level with the fact I can rest my wrist comfortably, so it functions as intended and keeps my little artist/gaming hand good. It also doesn't slip and slide around on my desk. The bottom of the mouse pad had a rubber texture, ensuring that it's staying put right where I put it. Well in short, it fits the product description as a mousepad with a wrist-rest which is what I was looking for. I got this to replace a similar one I purchased four years ago and the wrist part began to come open on the bottom of the older one. That one was still available but this one is similar, black in color (like the last one) and was a little cheaper, so I figured ok it can't be that much different and decided to give the EooCoo a try. Well let me just tell everyone; the wrist support and functionality are good and pretty much the same as the one I had before, but can I be honest? This thing STINKS like rubber or chemicals! I don't recall the previous one I had smelling like a good-year tire, requiring me to wash my hands often -and I'm a smoker, so that should tell you how strong the odor of this mousepad is if I can still smell it on my hands when I'm done using it. It is adequate for use with my optical mouse on my desktop PC so in that regard it serves it's purpose fine and doesn't have a large footprint. Longevity-wise, it appears to be about the same quality as the last one I had, for what it is. Of course, I'm not going to really know until a few months or years, the long-term quality of this mouse pad, so time will tell. If it falls apart in under a year I will come back and update, but I expect it will probably last for at least a while, so aside from the chemical/rubber smell, at the price point it would probably still be a bargain. Overall, I would say it's alright -but if you are sensitive to a chemical/rubber smell (at least when it's new) you may want to be more stringent in your search for something similar but potentially without such a strong odor. I bought this mouse pad for my husband and he is happy with it. It has more of a gel-like padding which is helpful for propping up the wrist vs the foam one. It does not slip during use. Price was great. Read more
