I never write a review, but in this instance, felt compelled to do so. I needed something to motivate me with exercising since I am working from home and due to the pandemic, move much less; as many of us do. I decided to challenge myself and frankly have heard varying stories about resistance bands. Frankly, I was not a believer - but these were priced very reasonably and I took the risk. They are nice and don’t roll down or slide down your legs during workouts. They stretch out a little easier if you have to thicker thighs. I may have to switch back to the latex ones. But overall nice product especially for those who haven’t used resistance loops before. They also come in a nice bag as well for easy storage or transport. Read more

I am a barre fitness instructor and I purchased several sets of these to use in my classes. They’ve held up very well after years of use and I love that I can wash them after class and let them air dry in less than an hour. Bought this because the rubber bands hurt when used on lower thigh. The fabric band is wide enough that it stays in place even when used for pointed toe raises with bent knee. I like that the pink option is color coded from lightest to darkest corresponding to lightest to heaviest. The stitching looks strong given the price and the mesh bag is big enough to comfortably store the bands. Update: I’ve used the extra light band multiple times as part of a stretching routine and found that it has maintained its stretch despite being pulled to its maximum. I've had the regular loop bands that are all rubber for years. These fabric bands are to difficult to use for my strength level so I returned them. The all rubber ones role up sometimes, but they meet my exercise needs. I do moderate weight training and exercise here and there, if that helps any. Read more
