As one who travels internationally a great deal this is a must have. We are blessed to live in the United States where power is reliable and well regulated. I have been to many countries where the outlet etc have been sketchy at best. This product line has not failed me yet. The only complaint I have for the general product line was the dimensions of their product was so huge compared to others. The EPICKA pulse is a smaller overall package which is a blessing for those who travel light and has USB c built in which means one less thing to pack. Do yourself a favor do not go cheap or questionable brands as you are putting hundreds if not thousand of dollars of your electronic products at risk. Read more

I purchased the device for a trip that included both the UK and mainland Europe. It performed the transformer function OK, but after use in France, I could not retract the contacts in use there so as to engage those necessary to use it in Great Britain. The button on the side floated freely and would not engage the contacts in order to retract them. With those contacts extended, the transformer cannot be used in either the UK (or in the US for that matter). I do not recommend this item for purchase...I had full use of it for less than 10 days.
