The first one I got through Amazon did not work but the manufacturer replaced it immediately and it works well. I do have to charge it fully before each use but when fully charged it does a great job. Read more

Very very slow, takes forever to shave one leg cuz it misses so many hair. Has only 30 min run time but requires 8-10 hours to recharge. Returned this item and purchased another epilator that cost only 40 bucks brand name starts with P, and that thing works wonders on my legs, its strong and fast. Read more
