I wasn't impressed by this sea salt texturizing spray. It's advertised as adding texture and volume as well as being lightweight and with a touchable feel. I found that the spray did none of those things. I'm a woman with dense, fine hair and have it cut in a mohawk that's about three inches tall at the peak. My hair naturally stands straight up and I don't have to use a lot of product. So I was excited to try this stuff out. The spray has a pretty design on the bottle and the label looks nice. I didn't find the smell overpowering, but it does smell slightly more 'feminine' than what I was expecting. The product is easy to spray and the label does say to shake because there may be settling. During and after use I just wasn't too impressed- the spray was just subpar, and didn't meet my expectations. I was hoping for something that I could lightly spray, style with my fingers, and let dry. Unfortunately, this product had almost zero hold at all. I know it's obviously not supposed to be like hair glue or something, but I expected at least a little hold. I also noticed that it made my hair feel almost waxy to the touch, and I absolutely could not stand it. I used only a few sprays- maybe four or five- so I don't think I overapplied it or anything.
