Got two chairs for my shop. I got them because the seats were plenty large. The are very comfortable when sitting for a while too, which was my major concern. Didn’t cut the blood off to my legs once! Just be ware… if you use the armrests to push yourself up onto the chair you will wind up on your backside. The casters will shoot the chair out from under you. Use the footrest with the armrests to get into the chair when it’s high, then it’s perfectly safe. Read more

Putting it together was a little confusing with the directions being unclear but worth it in the end. The chair is comfortable and just what I was looking for. I'm a 73-year-old lady and I put the chair together alone in about 30-45 minutes with no problem. Everything lined up perfectly. As others noted, there were no gloves in the box, but I probably wouldn't have used them anyway. I needed a chair that is higher for my desk and adjustable so this fits the bill. Just one caution, maybe two. 1) As you can see in the last picture, to get the height I need for easy typing and posture, I can't roll under the desk because I hit my knees on the drawer. So check how much space you need for legs. 2) The carpet in my apartment is a rough almost Berber-like and the chair does not roll very easily on it. I had to buy a chair mat so I could roll around easier. CON: The foot rest does not stay in place. I even had a strong man tighten the knob so it wouldn't slide down but it still slides as soon as I rest my foot on it and use it to push myself up. The foot rest rocks side to side. Otherwise, I like the way it fits me and I'm sure my posture will improve because I won't be hunching over like I was with a shorter chair. Read more

The quality and build of the chair is pretty good for what you pay for. Instructions are easy to follow and the parts all fit nicely together. However, the chair is just uncomfortable. It is in desperate need of a tilt adjustment as the chair feels like you are leaning forward, especially if you want to sit straight in the chair. The arm rests are great. This would be a quality chair if it had the title adjust, without it, it will be a hit or miss depending how you like your seat orientated (if you like to slouch this may be the chair for you). This chair is exactly what I needed to go along with my adjustable desk. I am 6'3" and this is a good fit for me because of my height and desk height. I also have two monitors attached to the back of the desk along with my laptop so I can see three screens. This chair allows me to work efficiently and without putting me into painful positions. For me, I use the lumbar support at the lower position but I know others would raise it. It took me about thirty minutes to assemble the chair. I love the ability to raise the arms. Disappointing. Bought and assembled for daily work use. Thought it would be a durable chair because one of the product description bullet points states it has a "durable metal frame." The frame of the chair (not the base) is definitely not metal - some kind of plastic. Also, one of the photos for the chair indicates it can achieve a seat height of 30.5 inches, and seems to indicate a minimum seat height of 23.6 inches. Neither is true. Its maximum seat height is a little less than 29 inches and its minimum is a little more than 20 inches. I thought I would not stress the gas cylinder using it with the seat at 24-25 inches because of the advertised minimum and could achieve 30 inches as needed. Definitely not the case. Appears to have a Class 3 gas lift by the way. Slight lean forward. Comfortable enough. But lower than advertised and plastic, plastic, plastic. Read more
