Good ergonomic wrist rest for computer use
This pad has a decent-sized footprint on your desktop, but it's very helpful for those spending long hours using a computer mouse. I mainly needed the wrist rest for support (since I have a trackball mouse), but the attached mouse pad works well even for a traditional mouse. (I may end up cutting the mouse pad off from the wrist rest, since I don't really need it, but I haven't decided for sure yet.) The wrist support is very helpful & very comfortable as well. I can definitely tell a difference using it compared to before, when I had no wrist support at all. I was having some issues with elbow pain before that I suspected might be related to long hours each day using the computer. After a couple of weeks or so using the wrist support now, my elbow pain has nearly gone away altogether. In the 2nd attached picture, a slight dip in the memory foam of the wrist support can be seen, which I suspect is a big reason the support is so comfortable (noticeably more comfortable than others I've tried before). With the comfort of the wrist support and being nearly 100% pain-free in my elbow now, I would already say this product is a good value...but for a price tag of only $10, I doubly recommend this. Got this for use on my bed which is where I spend most of my time with my laptop. Though my cordless mouse works perfectly fine on my sheets, I figured a mouse pad with a good wrist support would be a better setup for me to help support my wrist and make me more comfortable overall. I'm pleased to say it does all the right things well. Being soft , and easy to use, it is sturdy on the bottom and doesn't move when I don't want it to. Read more
