I've loved it for years; I've been using it since 2021. I only had to replace it once (in May 2024) because the previous one fell countless times (my fault, obviously) and stopped working. Since switching to this vertical mouse, my wrist pain has completely disappeared. It's much more comfortable to use than a conventional mouse, and the battery lasts a long time (I haven't counted in days, but it really does). Something I was looking for and found in this mouse is the silent click; it's wonderful, with no annoying noises. The buttons for forward and backward navigation are very useful. I wish it were Bluetooth instead of USB, but it's not a major problem. Read more

The product is ergonomic indeed and light weight without feeling cheap. The surface is smooth and clicks respond perfectly to normal pressure. Because of the difference of shape, it takes some getting used to but it's a fun mouse. If you're using a Mac like me, you'll need an adapter for the USB signal receptor. It is located under the mouse with the word USB written on it and you can put it back there when you're not using it and would rather unplug it or when you're transporting it (very convenient). I haven't been using it for a long time but I can tell the difference already because I have less pain in my left just by holding the mouse differently. It would be nice to have a USB C connector in the future so not to have to solely rely on adapters but overall great product! The company has an amazing customer service! I mistakenly bought a right-hand ergonomic mouse and requested a replacement. The response was quick, and they offered a left-hand mouse without me having to return the other mouse which saved me time and resources. 5 stars greatly deserved! Read more

Well designed and much more comfortable than traditional mouse. Longevity is the issue. Has become unreliable (not responsive, erratic movements, clicking sometimes fails) after 14 months even when fully charged. IMO, should have remain reliable for 3 years or more. Update - after sitting for several days, tried it again and now it is working. No indication why the mouse went from dysfunctional back to normal operation. Has worked fine for a few days. Have updated stars to reflect it is now working. Read more

**UPDATE 09/02/25** The company reached out to me shortly after the below review and offered to send a replacement mouse free of charge. It was shipped out within 24 hours and received two days later. The new mouse works perfectly as expected. Excellent customer service! Thank you Alice! **ORIGINAL REVIEW 08/22/25** I’ve had this mouse for a little over a year and have absolutely loved it. It fits comfortably in my hand, holds a charge for about two weeks, and has worked perfectly until the last couple weeks. The mouse seems to glitch on my computer screen. When scrolling down on the wheel, the cursor seems to “jump” up causing me to have to do extra scrolling. This happens almost every time. I do a lot of scrolling at my full time job and really need a functional scrolling wheel on the mouse. Read more

2 Years Update: I purchased this mouse in September of 2020 and it is now January 2022. The battery life is still excellent and I hardly charge it. Sometimes the clicking to turn on the mouse can be annoying if I'm in my art programs because it will register the click as a brush stroke. Until this week, those were the only issues I've had in the past nearly 2 years. However, this past week, I noticed the scroll wheel acting up. Sometimes, when I'm scrolling up or down, it starts scrolling the opposite way for a few ticks and then resumes correct operation. This happens all the time and in every program and web browser. Considering replacing it. But, for $25, I've definitely gotten my money's worth and I'll never go back to traditional grips. I got this mouse because I'm in my 30's and I've gotten tired of dealing with wrist rests. I find them very uncomfortable. I didn't think I'd like this mouse, but my old mouse was having issues and this one was inexpensive enough to try. I was skeptical about it being wireless and chargeable because I rely on my equipment for work in my home office and a mouse is essential. I have had zero issues with it dying on me. I've had the mouse for a few weeks and have genuinely enjoyed it. I thought I would be averse to the way I have to hold it, but I find it more natural than the Logitech gaming mouse I previously had. It's rather comfortable, even for my small hands. My wrist no longer aches when I use my mouse and I don't have to deal with the wrist rests anymore. It's nice! The mouse is slightly textured to give some grip to it. I feel like it could offer more grip than it does, but it's still great. I have charged it once per week and have not had any issues with it dying on me, despite my frequent use. The mouse turns off on its own after not being used for about five minutes, Simply clicking the mouse will turn it back on. It's very responsive. Turns on right away. I've left it out without charging it for the majority of two weeks now and have not had an issue with it dying on me. The mouse glides nicely on my gaming mousepad. Double clicking could be a bit more responsive. I could see that being a slight issue for FPS games, but I don't play them anymore. It doesn't come with any weights or ways to make it heavier or lighter, so if you like to highly customize your mouse for gaming, this might not be a good buy for you. I've had no issues with it. I'm very happy and I'm loving that it's wireless. My desk looks so much neater now without that extra wire. Am considering purchasing a wireless keyboard to replace the one I currently have. Am very impressed and surprised by the brand and price. Will update if I have any issues. Read more

Love the mouse, So far it's easy to use and I think it will help my wrist issues. But it took forever to receive. Guess it's not part of Prime. Read more

First, love this mouse! Took a few weeks to get used to it as I was using a roller ball ergonomic mouse. It’s kept a charge for months and has been great for my hand/wrist along with ease of use. I use it for normal use and for photo editing in LightRoom and Photoshop. Purchased Nov 2023 and after two years of continuous use the scroll wheel has started glitching. I have had others that last longer but I am going to order a replacement and hopefully will be as good as the original. Read more
