I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this back brace. I sit in front of a computer during the day and found myself reaching for it when my lower back started hurting. For me once in awhile I overdo it. I'm always turning and twisting and doing stupid stuff in which I suffer afterwards. This brace does help. It doesn't help me with the ability to be more mobile as it does what it's supposed to do and literally keeps me straight. It's a little tighter than I expected it to be. There's quite a bit of very strong Velcro so if you bend over or do anything that requires any kind of movement you can hear it. I do appreciate that it's not bulky. I like that there is a direction guide that tells me not only how to put it on but also how to put it on correctly. I am very pleased with this lower back support brace. I chose the large and it fit me well with plenty of room for adjustments. The steel supports in this are cushioned very nicely to provide maximum comfort, while also providing sturdy support. This has three velcro closures that are all adjustable and provide a very customizable experience. The first level attaches the entire belt around your waist and the other two straps cinch everything tighter for maximum stability. I found this brace to be very cushioned and comfortable with extra padding on the inside along the spinal column that can also be moved or removed via velcro, if desired. This brace is definitely well constructed out of quality materials and I am very pleased. I definitely feel this is worth both the cost and the investment, as I already feel a reduction in my lower back pain as I wear this to help my posture while sitting. I am hoping that continued use may eventually allow me to preform some light housework that I previously could not do due to extreme pain. Read more
