FAIL! No washer....it doesn't work without the grommet washer.

No washer? How is this supposed to work without an oversize washer? It literally says its for a grommet mount and they don't give you what is needed to make this work? $26 for a 5 cent bolt, wingnut, and pot metal mounting plate. As least give us what we need to make this work. Read more
