Packaging: These were very well packaged. Each boot was individually wrapped and had inserts to keep the shape. Fit: It's true to size. I am a size 8 and these were a perfect fit. However, they are snug around the heel and joints of your toe where your foot is commonly the widest. I have regular width feet and while they fit, I think if you have wide feet, you may find these too snug. There is plenty of room in the calf area. My calf with jeans on is 15.25" (which is technically wide), and I can easily get 2 fingers in the top. If your calves are 15 - 16.5", you'll probably be okay, but if your calves are extra-wide, I would reconsider. Comfort: I've only worn these for a couple hours so far with a fair bit of sitting, but they are pretty comfortable despite the good-sized heel. I think these would be fine for a night out at a restaurant or at your work if you have a desk job, but if you plan to do a lot of walking (more than a couple hours) your feet will probably be sore due to the heel height. Heel: The heel is solid. These are not quiet boots. You will be heard walking down the hall, especially on wood or tile. Design: Very stylish. I will be able to pair these with a lot of outfits. I have been having trouble finding boots that fit me well, I have athletic calves, so boots either don’t zipper up or on plus sizes are way too big, but these boots fits perfectly. I saw some reviews saying that the foot is slightly narrow, that is better to 1/2 size up, so, I did, and still feels a little tight but I can always wear thin socks. So cute and true to size. Love the full zipper and the zipper pull ergonomics are a bonus. I needed some black boots but wasn't expecting the gold buckle. It looks more silver in the pictures. I just bought them but the quality seems nice. We'll have to wait and see how they hold up. Read more

These run narrow. They are cute, and I like the height of the boot shaft (I'm short and I have a hard time finding knee high boots that aren't too high). I am usually a 7.5 or an 8. I ordered an 8.5, which ended up being too tight with socks. So, I went up to the 9. The 9 doesn't feel much wider, but it's a bit longer. The width of the calf is fine.
