I am in love with my espresso machine. It’s very easy to use, even for beginners, and looks beautiful on my kitchen counter. It makes strong, rich coffee with a nice crema. The 20-bar pressure really brings out the flavor very well. The commercial 58mm portafilter and tamping tool provide precision and make it easy to prepare balanced shots. The steam wand creates silky milk foam, perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialties. It is also a good looking coffee maker. Its stainless steel is well made and elegant. I got this as a Christmas gift to make Latte's for my Mom. She is thrilled with it, and is actually enjoying my amateur attempts. There is definitely a learning curve to using an Expresso machine, but I really like operating this. I was drawn to unique features like the controls and the removable grinder (replacement available!). I went straight to the big-girl baskets so I had to work on my tamp to get the right pressure, and make the grounds finer (about a 3 with Super Crema beans) now it brews at 9 bars and makes some crema. I'm getting there! The milk frother is easy to use and doubles whole milk volume in less than a minute. As I read in Jessica Simms helpful Kindle series, I started doing that first because the milk froth can sit, while the crema on the Coffee can't. The temp on this machine holds steady, heats fast, and there's no downtime between using the wand and pouring espresso. It does time out after a couple of minutes without activity, it's actually a good time frame for me. Our water is really hard, so I'm using bottled spring water mixed with distilled to keep the TDS low and preserve the pump. Read more

I am absolutely in love with this Hanrose espresso machine! First off, it looks beautiful on my countertop with that sleek stainless steel finish and the illuminated buttons—it feels very professional. What really impressed me is how complete this set is. As you can see in my photos, it comes with everything you need to get started: a high-quality tamper, milk pitcher, dosing funnel, cleaning tools, and multiple filter baskets. I didn't have to go out and buy any extra accessories, which is rare these days. The performance is fantastic. Having both the temperature and pressure gauges right on the front is a huge plus; it really helps you dial in the perfect shot. The built-in grinder is super convenient and saves space. The steam wand is also powerful—I was able to get really nice microfoam for my lattes. DOA power button won't stay on. I held it up it stayed on for a second couldn't even flush the system because the power kept turning off. Really bummed because I wanted to love the machine. But it's the first one is DOA and make me wonder how long the longevity of the machine will last. I really can't say if it makes a good espresso it seems like it would if it would actually work. There was actually one time where I was able to hit a double espresso and it pumped for about 23 seconds which is perfect. So if the machine work I bet it would be awesome. Great tasting espresso. It steams milk great for Lattes, but despite trying multiple times with different techniques, It took a while, but I figured out to make cappuccino foam, you need keep the whole at the tip just barely under the surface for quite a while. I find using the one-hole filter produces better Crema than the multi-hole filter. Comes with multiple accessories for all you need to get started. Read more
