This is a very impressive looking machine and it seems to be very well built. The burr grinder works very well; it's a definite step up from the blade grinder I've used for years. All the features and controls work properly. However, the output temperature of the coffee is low. Even with a full warmup heating period, the coffee is dispensed at 168 - 170 F. I was able to get 180 F only by making multiple servings in quick succession and only on the final serving. Because of significant translation issues, the manual is inadequate and confusing. It may be the worst I've seen for a relatively complex product that is subject to misuse. I'm unable to find a way to contact the manufacturer to ask about the temperature issue. If I'm able to get some input from them, I'll update the review. Read more
