Tastes really good, and mixes fairly well. The company seems to be legitimate, and overall I liked this. As with all collagen products it was hard to say if it helped with my skin or hair issues as with only one container that is only after a month, so I am not sure about the efficacy, but the product did settle well on my stomach and I did feel a bit better replacing a mid day snack with this instead. I really like this supplement because it's so much more than collagen. I checked the label against my usual multivitamin, and this powder contains nearly all of the same vitamins and minerals in similar amounts. Along with that, it also has several compounds that are complementary to collagen in that they also benefit your hair/skin/nails. The taste is pleasant and not overpowering, and it dissolves reasonably well (better in warm liquids than cold ones). I want to continue using this product once this tub runs out, and the only thing giving me pause is the price. I'm thinking that if I don't buy my multivitamin (because this powder already provides those vitamins), that saves me $20 towards purchasing this. As far as collagen powders go, this is quite a nice one. Previously I've used unflavored and mixed it in with coffee or soups. This one, though, has a nice light and fruity flavor. It's great with my favorite fruit herbal teas and even on its own! Although the flavor is quite light, I prefer it with my fruit tea. I started taking collagen a few months ago, so I can't say that I've noticed a big change in my body as far as that goes, but it does seem to be of good quality.
