Always used this brand eye liner in the past and loved it. However this one is horrible. Not sure what the manufacturer has changed but won’t purchase again. The pencil is way too soft; goes on like a wet, melted crayon and smudges immediately. When sharpening it falls apart. This is the first time I’ve ordered and not purchased directly at the counter. Maybe it’s old or a knock off. I’ve tried to use 2 times and threw it away. Read more
