However, be aware that the bottle was shipped (from Amazon) without any kind of basic protection ---like an outer plastic wrapper bag or a piece of tape on the bottle top --- so you will probably have a gooey leaking mess inside the shipping package upon receipt like I did. I was a bit skeptical as a first time buyer of this cleanser, having tried several other products with similar claims, with poor success. I have sensitive combination skin, easily irritated. This cleanser, absolutely did not disappoint. Worth every penny! Pros: Effectively leaves skin feeling clean and moisturized. Actually feels very refreshing with no irritating suds. This gentle formula works effectively with no need for harsh scrubbing. Cleanser has no discernable scent. Cons: Product is thin and must be poured carefully into palm of hand as spout might allow a more generous pour. Although reasonably priced for such quality, I would like to find a larger bottle that utilizes a pump. Summary: I am truly grateful to have found this cleanser. I have sensitive and dry skin so I look for non-scented products. This product is a game changer for Keratosis pilaris (KP) or "chicken skin"! It moisturizes dry flakes and is soothing for sensitive skin. The Urea ingredient is amazing on my bumps and after using consistently for a 1-2 months, my skin has improved in bumps and dryness! It is thick when pumped out but dries quickly when applied so you won't feel greasy all day. If you have rough patches, dry skin the lotion may be harder to spread as it is very thick but not concerning for me. No weird scent either more like a oatmeal smell. Love it! Read more
