Amazing vacuum it does a great job. I have it cleaning my entire house in the late morning and then doing the high traffic areas again in the evening. But full suction is quite noisy, but it picks up all the dirt! The self emptying is great. I switched out the bag every 35 to 45 days. I found a source for decent off-brand bags for about one or two dollars each. Filters, brushes, and other parts I buy original from the manufacturer who often runs specials and their prices are reasonable. Paired with Alexa, I can just tell Alexa “clean my house” or “stop cleaning” any off schedule cleaning required I’ve had this for over a year now and absolutely love it. The picture shows how it’s able to park itself even in a narrow space. Read more

I have had this Vacuum for years now and I couldn't be happier with the purchase, the value has been out of this world, I have definitely gotten my moneys worth or more . It does a great job collecting dust, cat hair, and other debris, and is very durable and reliable. The size is really nice, it is easy to store but big enough to pick up a lot of stuff. As a bonus it is way quieter than my upright, so much so my 2 cats don't even care about it. The app is easy to use and set up a schedule or clean on demand from anywhere. I want to upgrade my current model, nothing wrong with it but there are better models available now. Will 100% be buying another Eufy. Read more

UPDATE: Upgrading to 4 stars. I'm happy to report that Eufy saw my review and offered to return and refund or push the firmware update. I chose the update and have run the unit 3 times since updating with ZERO roller brush errors! Hooray! They even responded to my questioning their not automatically pushing the firmware update when units are registered in the app (they say roller brush error isn't universal & they don't know if updating everything would mess up unaffected units...ok, I can accept that). Anyway, if you purchase the L60 and have repeated roller brush errors, the update seems to help. The update also appears to have improved the BoostIQ, and now it does a better job of adjusting suction when moving from carpet to hard floors. I've found the unit needs to return to base to recharge more frequently, but that's not bothersome to me, as it does it on its own and completes the cleaning. For the price, this is a pretty good little robot vacuum. Now that I'm keeping her, I guess I'll have to name her. After a month, I'm on the fence regarding this vacuum. It was a toss-up between 2 and 3 stars; I went with 3 because I don't hate it. This is my second try at the L60. I returned the first one after a couple of days because it would give a roller brush error about every 4 minutes when there was absolutely nothing stuck in the brush. I tried Eufy customer support with mixed success (they'd diligently respond once daily, a different person each time, in the middle of the night) and eventually decided the easiest thing to do was to just exchange for a different unit through Amazon. I would strongly recommend anyone purchasing this vacuum make sure the seller they use allows returns through Amazon--some do not. All in all, it does a reasonably good job, isn't overly noisy, the app is pretty intuitive, and it is at the lower end of the price range for a self-emptying robot. The current unit also gives me roller brush errors, but just once every vacuuming session, again, with nothing in the roller. This seems to be a recurring issue with this vacuum. From reading some forums, it appears some have had success contacting Eufy customer service and getting newer firmware downloaded to the unit. I haven't tried that yet. I generally just check the app, and if (when) I see it has stopped, I just restart it from the app and it has (so far) finished the vacuuming session without further issue. The roller brush error is definitely annoying, but the month slipped away, and I'm outside the Amazon return window, so I'll deal with it. I saved the box, so if I have to send it back to Eufy, at least I'll have appropriate packaging. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Update to My eufy L60 Robot Vacuum Review (Originally Posted August 2024) I originally posted a glowing review of the eufy L60 in August 2024. At the time, I was genuinely thrilled with how quiet, efficient, and easy to use it was. It handled pet hair well, mapped my home quickly, and felt like a great value—especially with an Amazon coupon that brought the price under $300. But just over a month in—literally a day or two past the return window—the vacuum started having issues docking. It would spin in place trying to align with the charging base, fail repeatedly, and eventually run the battery completely dead. Once that happened, I learned something I wish I’d known from the start: if the battery is fully dead, the vacuum won’t charge, even when manually placed on the dock. There’s no charging port on the unit itself, and it can’t "wake up" to begin charging unless it already has some power. This essentially renders it non-functional if it ever fully dies. I reached out to eufy support, and they were helpful. Since I missed the Amazon return window by just a couple of days, they shipped me a refurbished replacement. That unit arrived with minor scuffs and even someone else’s debris inside, but I set it up anyway. Unfortunately, after a few days, the same docking issue occurred again. Support then sent me a replacement battery. Once I swapped in the new battery—which had a partial charge—the vacuum was able to dock and charge as expected. Problem solved… or so I thought. A week ago (July 2025), it happened again. The unit must’ve failed to dock while I wasn’t home, drained completely, and once again became unresponsive—even when manually docked. Swapping in the previously used battery (which still held a charge) immediately fixed the issue. This confirms the flaw: the eufy L60 cannot begin charging from a completely dead state. The only fix is to insert a charged battery, which is not a realistic or acceptable expectation for most users. Given this recurring issue and the lack of a basic design solution like a charging port or backup method, I can no longer recommend the eufy L60. It’s a great product when it works, but this glaring defect can turn it into a frustrating and useless brick with no warning. Unless future models address this flaw, I’d advise looking elsewhere. Review of My eufy L60 Robot Vacuum I’m thrilled with my eufy L60 Robot Vacuum—it’s been a game changer for keeping my home clean. One of the first things I noticed is how quiet it is, even on the highest setting. It’s far less intrusive than traditional vacuums, and I can barely hear it working from other rooms. Setting it up was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had it mapping my house in just a few minutes. The app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making the whole process effortless. While the retail price is around $400, I snagged it for just under $300 with an Amazon coupon, which feels like a great deal. The eufy L60 maneuvers around my home with ease, even handling tight spaces and tricky spots with confidence. It only got stuck once on a USB cord, but it alerted me immediately, and I was able to resolve it quickly. The zone and room controls are a fantastic feature. I can now schedule cleaning for specific rooms or high-traffic areas, which wasn’t an option with my previous robot vacuum. This has made a big difference in how I manage cleaning tasks. Handling pet hair is another area where the eufy L60 shines. I have dogs that shed quite a bit, and this vacuum tackles the hair without any issues. Maintenance is mostly automated, but I do need to perform a bit of hands-on cleaning every few days. This involves tipping the vacuum over, removing any loose strings or debris from the brushes, and then setting it back upright and pressing continue. It takes about 45 minutes to clean an area that would take me 10-15 minutes with a traditional vacuum. But honestly, the time it takes is worth it for the freedom to do other things while the vacuum works. Plus, its stylish and sleek design blends well with my home décor without standing out. I’m also interested in trying the new eufy X10 Pro Omni, which offers mopping and many more features. However, at $800, it’s a bit out of my budget right now. I’m working towards getting one so I can test it out and see how it compares. Overall, the eufy L60 Robot Vacuum has been an excellent investment, offering convenience and performance that has made my home cleaner with minimal effort. Read more
