Excellent cams and the price was right. Clarity and definition of video is excellent. They are battery powered, but also can use house power which is great for a vacation home. The app is excellent making them easy to install. My set of four cams came with a Eufy HomeBase mini which takes a microSSD card and allows recording videos here at the house, obviating a paid subscription service. Absolutely love this eufyCam C35 kit. The biggest reason I’m giving it 5 stars is the battery life — it lasts a really long time and I’m not constantly thinking about charging. The fact that it’s wireless also makes installation super easy, since you can mount the cameras pretty much anywhere without dealing with wiring or outlets. Video quality is excellent, and the cameras have been reliable so far with solid motion detection. I also really like that it offers local storage with no monthly fee, which is a big plus compared to a lot of other systems. I purchased these for my garage in back, patio & front door. They are easy to set up, usb charging, & easy review with dharing & download. There are many settings for motion of ppl, pets, vehicle & other with sound; 2 way talk & storage of 128gb per camera with the option of expanding storage in the homebase. Video is very clear. The bases can be placed magnetically instead of drilling in screws. The system was a very good price for a high quality system! Batteries have already lasted 3 months with constant activity. Nice camera with good resolution and easy to install. My only complaints are that there is no way to pause motion monitoring like you can with a Ring camera, also a message keeps popping up saying to format the SD card, but I’ve already done this twice. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I recently switched from Ring cameras to the eufyCam C35 4-Cam Kit, and overall I’m very happy with the change. The biggest improvement is the video quality. The picture is noticeably clearer and sharper than my previous system, especially at night. The night vision on these cameras genuinely impressed me — the clarity and brightness are excellent. Setup was straightforward, and the app is easy to navigate. I like how many customization options are available, including recording length, light activation, and motion sensitivity. It allows you to really tailor the cameras to your home setup. One of the main reasons I switched was local storage instead of cloud storage. I appreciate that recordings are not stored on a subscription-based cloud service. That added privacy factor was important to me. However, because storage is local, I did need to purchase microSD cards separately, which I hadn’t initially planned for. A nice surprise was that the mounts are magnetic. For my garage camera, I simply attached it to a metal surface, and it has stayed firmly in place. My existing Ring solar panels plugged right in and were immediately recognized, keeping the outdoor cameras charged without issue. Two-way audio works great as well — I can clearly communicate with my kids outside or tell my dogs to stop barking. Works great. Had it for months and no charging needed. Programmable for face recognition and animal distinction. Phone app is great. Software flexibility and large storage capability. Connection range from base to camera is very good. Used it to notify me of activity while I was out of the country. I can set it to wake me at night if detection of people captured. Keeping it simple. No monthly fees. Cameras charge off a USB-C which readily available everywhere. The camera quality is pretty good but not 4k if you're that person that absolutely must see crime and creeps in higher quality. The mounting is pretty easy whether you use the mounts or the magnetic ability. The Cameras, your wifi and a little time...you will be up and running. Depending on where the cameras as far as traffic..that's how often you will charge the cameras. Every few weeks? Every few months? Good investment in piece of mind as far as safety goes. Everything about the eufyCam C35 is good to great. Once set up, it's user friendly with a long lasting battery. I like the size, motion detection and the night vision. The only nitpicks would be that the alarm is not too loud which could be a good thing and the instructions could be more detailed and easier to figure out. Read more
