Dealer Installed or Better
Arrived two days later than Amazon said it would, with me wondering if it got lost since there were no updates at all. But it came! Literally, tha exact same quality as it was from tha assembly line. This one is a TAD bit shinier than my other 3 door handles. But so are my new window switches for tha driver door since I also replaced those! Lol. Just a new shine, it matches the color exactly. Removing tha door panel is a pita, involving removing 2 visible screws, 5 hidden screws in various spots, popping off the panel from tha frame using a trim remover, then u just let tha panel hang. The handle is removed by one screw, then it slides out of place. Transferring tha cables is a breeze since Hyundai installed them so they wouldn't retract inside of tha tube. U just place them in their positions, reinstall tha new handle and reassemble the door. I am so happy I don't have to roll my window down and open my door from tha outside anymore! Read more
