Definite winner! I will never go back to 90-degree punch-downs with the one-at-a-time tool method. Though you may need a fraction more stripped wire length, the angle makes it very easy to get the wires separated and in the correct position. Along with the all-at-once tool, it makes punch-down a breeze. I've had absolutely no issues with connectivity, and things are humming along nicely with 2.5Gbit on Cat6-A cables. The jacks feel solid and clip perfectly into both, my 1u patch panel, and the keystone wall plates. The selection of colors also let me pick one that looks great with the rest of the office theme! I have installed countless cat 5/6 keystone jacks, the 45 degree angle not only is a better design for signal quality but it also makes them easier to wire and punch down ( especially if you have a 45 degree punch down tool), its just easier to lay the individual conductors in place vs. the standard 90 degree jacks, and makes for a slightly quicker install. These jacks also come in many different colors (for multiple sources ie: voice, data, video, audio, access control. etc.), and they fit any standard keystone trim plate. I have installed dozens of these jacks in the past couple years and have never had a single failure. And they are reasonably priced too! I will never use the old style 90's again. Read more

Worked great. The clear plastic caps broke on 2 of the 40 I bought. It was probably my error on both, so I wouldn't worry about that. Just don't be rough on those. I needed the angle because I filled a couple of 8 keystone wall plate boxes in my switch closet and there is not a lot of room in those boxes, so the angle helped them all fit. Read more

I was asked to add RS-485 cables for special devices at work. We needed a design that was easy to identify when we added the new devices to the network. We went with green RJ45 CAT6 keystone jacks. This color-coded approach simplifies device setup, connection, and troubleshooting, instantly highlighting specific connections for easy identification. The choice of green signifies the jacks' unique function. No matter which colors you need, these jacks offer a hassle-free experience as they snap into place in standard keystone wall plates or patch panels without complex tools or procedures. The CAT6 compatibility ensures reliable, high-speed performance for all connected devices, which is important for handling today's data-intensive tasks. RS-485 is an industrial protocol that is relatively immune to electrical noise. Despite being unshielded, these jacks integrate seamlessly into mixed cable environments, maintaining a neat and professional look. Keeping these jacks handy has proven invaluable, streamlining personal and professional network setups with their durability and ease of use. They're a practical solution for anyone involved in network management, offering efficiency and organizational benefits. The green RJ45 jacks are a simple, cost-effective, smart investment for network pros and DIY enthusiasts. They simplify ethernet connections, making network management more intuitive with their color-coding system. This approach enhances performance and facilitates a better understanding and quicker identification of network layouts. Read more

I bought a 20 pack, and had all 20 work flawlessly. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra scratch and buy these. They are so much easier to use, and punch well. The wire guide is super helpful and due to its overall design these will speed your installs. Mostly, these gave me confidence that each jack was simply going to work because they always do. These are my new go-to keystones. Read more
