This is super comfortable in the summer, soft & "gel"y - when it gets cold (not even freezing, but just into the 40°s F), the gel hardens a good bit, so it's not so comfortable until the car warms up a bit. When it's soft, it is easy to sit on & is a height for driving. I'd say it has travelability for sure. If you're in a Southern state that doesn't have a lot of cold weather, this is a good choice @ a good price, if you have a lot of cold days in the winter or it stays cold all day, then it may not work for you.
