It smells like….soap.

Ok, so here’s the thing. It’s soap. It lathers well and does its job. Problem is it smells like….soap. No eucalyptus, no pine, and I’m not sure what moss smells like but unless it smells like soap, I can’t detect its smell either. I can buy other scent-less soaps, some maybe even cheaper but the reason I buy any specific soap is for it’s scent. Both in use and if possible as a lingering scent after. Yes, I want it to clean, which this soap does but I spend a little more for scent. This soap had none. Read more

I bought a sample pack of four looking for alternatives to Dr. something or other. This comes in a similar package. First thing I noticed upon un-boxing was it's heavily perfumed. I read the ingredient lable - this stuff contains among other things, at least one synthetic fragrance, Titanium Dioxide, Chromium Oxide Green. Some ingredients are pretty bad on the EWG scale. Maybe that's why the ingredient lable isn't included in the listing. My grandma said always say something nice. The package also says Born In Marin County. Isn't that where Gavin Newson is from? That might explain it. I'm sending it back for a refund. If your looking to reduce your chemichal load, this may not be the soap you want. Read more
